• I offer HIPAA-secure telehealth appointments for easy scheduling and accessibility. I also offer In person sessions in my office in Seattle WA. As a licensed provider in Washington state, I can only see patients who are located in the state at the time of the session.

  • My standard rate for individual therapy is $250 for a 50-minute session.

For couples therapy, the standard rate is $300 for a 90 minute session.

Many clients are able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to pay directly for sessions and receive full reimbursement. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may need to submit a detailed invoice (superbill), which I’m happy to provide, and these are often reimbursed in full.

  • I’m an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a receipt (a “superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. I also work with a biller who can submit out-of-network claims on your behalf as a courtesy.

Before starting, I recommend checking with your insurance provider about your out-of-network coverage. Helpful questions to ask:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What is my deductible, and has it been met?

    • How many sessions are covered per year?

    • What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network therapy?

    • How much will I be reimbursed per session?

  • In our initial session we will thoroughly review the issues bringing you to therapy, any relevant health/mental health history -as well as focus on the development of the goals you hope to achieve in therapy. I ask all new clients to complete approximately 20 minutes of paperwork in advance of this session to support these goals.

  • Therapy isn’t always a long-term commitment. There are times when deeper work is helpful, and others when less support is needed.

I ask new clients to start with weekly sessions for the first few months to build trust and a strong foundation. As we progress, we can adjust the frequency based on your goals—many clients eventually shift to biweekly sessions.
