About Me
I help individuals, couples, and families build sustainable, healthy relationships that can thrive and evolve over time. My approach is grounded in compassion, honesty, and the belief that meaningful connection is one of the most powerful tools for healing and growth.
With over 20 years of experience in clinical therapeutic work—and a lifelong curiosity about human connection—I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how relationships work and what helps them grow stronger. I’ve always been fascinated by the ways we seek out connection, and what it takes to nurture and sustain those bonds.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed programs that support people in building healthier relationships with themselves and others. I work closely with clients to establish kind, clear boundaries and open, honest communication. Together, we create environments where safe, intimate, and respectful relationships—whether familial, romantic, or professional—can take root and flourish.
My Philosophy of Therapy
I’m a systems and attachment-based therapist. I believe that who we are is deeply shaped by the systems we come from—our families of origin, cultural and religious influences, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation, and more. These systems inform how we move through the world and how we connect with others.
I also recognize the powerful role that early experiences play in shaping our attachment styles. These patterns—often formed in childhood—can influence our relationships throughout our lives. My work helps clients recognize and, when necessary, rework those patterns to build healthier, more secure connections.
